What is Chito-Ryu?

Chito - Ryu

Karate was created by

Dr. Tsuyoshi Chitose.

The style he developed

was created with

efficiency and continued

practice in mind. In the

earlier years, karate

training caused damage

to the body. Dr. Chitose

wanted to create a style

and means of practice

that would not pose

harmful effects on the

body. Dr. Chitose stated

that Chito-Ryu is based

on the understanding

of anatomy and

physiology.

Students have a chance to grade for their next level

Ensure that you have been reviewed by two Yudansha (Black belt) at different levels

to ensure that you are ready for grading.

What is Karate?

of Canada has introduced

the Children's Fitness Tax

Credit program. Ottawa

ChitoKai membership fees

are eligible to be used for

the tax credit program.
